I ran a half-marathon today. I didn't push too hard and just treated this as a training run for my upcoming full marathon. But when I got close to the finish I was feeling so good, I pushed pretty hard for the last couple miles, and set a personal record for my fastest 1 mile run on mile number 13. My chip time was 1:54:51, but could have done it much faster.
