Sally Faith. I got home from Paris, so I’m shooting kids again. I’ll be working on bringing the journal back up to date over the next few days. I should be done by the weekend.

My sisters cat. Not much time to get a good picture today – I’m getting ready to leave for Paris. I won’t be updating this while I’m gone, but I will be shooting, so I’ll catch up on all my pictures when I get home.

I figured out how to get the coolpix to shoot RAW. I’m also able to convert that file to a .NEF file (equivalent to a cp5700 file) but when it’s converted there’s way too much red in it. So I’m doing something wrong. Hopefully I can get this figured out. (any help is welcome)

I still haven’t gotten the clear glass to replace the IR blocking filter so it doesn’t focus correctly, but I found it focuses close, so it makes a decent macro.
