I picked up a carbon fiber travel tripod. It's much nicer than my near 20 year old Manfrotto, and about half the weight.

The kitchen is pretty well done. We're planning on replacing the fridge with a stainless steel one in November.

We got a bit of a water leak this afternoon. It was dropping from the intake vent of the A/C. When I traced it, it looked to be coming from above the furnace. I don't know much about HVAC, but started taking things apart to see what I could figure out. It seemed to be a clog in the drain lines preventing the water from condensation from getting out. So after scooping out all the water I could, I got my air compressor and put about 110 PSI to the drain line. I heard the clog get dislodged, so I put it all back together. Seems to be solved.

We've been getting quite a few eggs from the chickens. We need to start giving some away soon.

I found why the barn sparrows were dive bombing us. They're trying to create a nest under our front porch.

These little barn swallows don't like me so much. They've been trying to dive bomb me when I go outside, although it's hard to be intimidated by such a little bird.
