I’ve wanted to get a shot of the Milky Way for a long time. There was a new moon, so I headed out to some dark skies and gave it a shot. I’m pleased with the result, but I can’t wait to get out there and try it again.

A smoke detector went bad. It would start beeping 2 days after putting new batteries in it, so I pulled it off to put a new on on, but they changed connectors on the new version of the same model smoke detector. I hate messing with electricity, but I seem to have to do it an awful lot.

We spent a few hours in the Emergency Department of Riverton Hospital after Becca got a concussion. While we were there everything seemed funny to her, which the doctor said can be a symptom of a concussion.
