My car failed the Government sponsored safety check scam. Three of the six bulbs of my upper tail light had bad connections, so they didn’t light. I was able to fix two of them by reseating the connections. The bulb was missing on the third — Jiffy Lube stole it looking for a quote for the fix, but didn’t return it.
