I picked up a couple really old Metz flashes I plan to convert to UV. The down side to them is I measured voltage to the PC port at 220V. I kept triggering the flash, and creating a visible arc trying to get the volt meter on the center pin.

I shined a UV flashlight through a bunch of my lenses to see how much UV was being blocked. The EL-Nikkor lens let through a lot of UV, as I expected, but the lensbaby lenses also let though quite a bit of UV as well.

Nursery dropout. She started yelling and crying, and I heard her down the hall, so I got her. She was trying to convince me to get in the car and take her home.

Ben and his family came out to stay overnight, and Thomas helped Jack put together legos that he got for his birthday.
Ben and his family toured BYU, on Friday, then headed out in the evening today. But the kids got a chance to play with their cousins, and had a lot of fun. Ben brought out fire crackers and we launched water bottles in the air.

I took the day off today, so I took the Maggie and Jack to get donuts while Elizabeth was in school. They were happier about it that the photo makes it seem.

Today was quite the day. Becca went to Massachusetts yesterday to be at her Grandmother's funeral, so I'm alone with the kids this weekend. And there were issues at work last night so I didn't get to bed until 4am, and Maggie woke up around 5am and didn't let me get to sleep. I still had to work a full day (from home) and had to take care of all the kids. It was a rough day, but we got through it.

15 years ago the show 'Mythbusters' debunked the myth that a cell phone can start a fire at a gas pump, but I still see these stickers.

The kids are always so cold when they get out of the bath, they curl up in their towels and lay down on the floor.
